Open to all Pfaff Embroidery Machine Owners (7570, 2100 series, or Creative Vision). This series combines Software lessons with Sewing/Embroidery projects to create fun and quick gifts. Thursday evenings are the software sessions, Saturdays are for sewing. The dates listed here are for the Software Sessions. In each Software Session you will explore features in your 4D software as you create files to be used later for sewing/embroidery projects.

March 11 – Patch It
What can be done with a patch? Come see. Create one patch to be used as a faux pocket on a laptop sleeve, the 2nd to be used as a stand alone patch becoming a personalized luggage tag.

April 8 – Sewer’s Aid
If they say a sewing machine gives the sewer a third hand, the embroidery machine gives the embroiderer two extra hands! The theme for this month is button holes and zippers in the hoop. The project for the month is to complete a laptop sleeve, with the zipper sewn in the hoop.

May 13 – My Space
Use software to modify embroidery to fill a space. Learn how to use mirroring, custom hoop sizes, encore and other techniques to fill a space with embroidery. Showcase your new talents on either a tea towel border or a monogrammed cosmetic bag.
